HomeTender Staging
HomeTender Staging is a creative solution that is different from traditional staging in that the service continues beyond an initial set-up staging. This service provides no-cost “model-home” staging and assists with home sells in less time and at higher values than if the property was to remain empty and vacant. Our goal is to provide Home Owners and Realtors no-cost “model-home” staging, protection against vandalism and other deterioration from neglected or unnoticed repairs and to lower home owner’s monthly expenses.
Vacant Home Staging
Vacant listings feel cold and empty, attract low ball offers and even rooms appear smaller without furniture in them and let’s not forget that they spend longer days on the market. We create a warm and inviting environment that buyers can envision themselves living in. We focus on the main living areas that they find most important which is typically the living room, dining room, kitchen and the master bedroom.

With this service, the Home Owner’s furniture is repositioned to showcase your room’s focal points and to create functional and cozy conversation areas. The goal is to end with a beautiful room with a fresh personalized style.
