Walk-Through Consultation

This particular service is ideal for realtors and/or home sellers looking for prompt and professional advice to prepare a specific home for sale. We will walk through the entire home providing the homeowner and/or realtor with simple suggestions and design ideas which will enhance positive features.

The goal is to assist the seller by making the home competitive in today’s market as well as appealing to most potential buyers.  Unlike our written consultation, this walk-through consultation does not include photographs or a written report of recommendations.

Written Consultation

This specific type of consultation includes an evaluation of the interior and exterior of a property with a detailed report providing recommendations for preparing the home for sale. Photographs will be taken of each of the rooms to help highlight areas of concern and/or designate positive focal points. With this option detailed recommendations for each room will be offered so that every space of the home can promote the overall selling potential and increase market appeal. Once the homeowner completes the recommended suggestions, the designer will return for up to one hour and help fine-tune the property.

Virtual Consultation

The homeowner will send 2-3 photos or a video of up to three furnished rooms in your home that you need to be reviewd. The next day, we will video conference where our team walks through the staging recommendations for the home giving advice on furniture placement, artwork and accessories. Recommendations will be given on decluttering and depersonalizing as well as repairs, upgrades and maintenance including wall and trim paint colors, light fixtures and cabinet hardware. Our goal is to have the homeowner be equipped with an action plan to get the home prepared to list for sale..
