Meet Lorie Elizabeth

Lorie Elizabeth Johnson has been a resident of the San Antonio Metro Area for over 20 years. Having grown up in a military family and living abroad and stateside, Lorie Elizabeth’s exposure to a wide variety of style and design has greatly influenced her ability to design or re-design any space. Her enthusiasm for design began as a teen when she created floor plans then filled them with clippings from furniture catalogs. Later, as an adult, she became quite the D-Y-I diva, experimenting with paint techniques to decorate walls, transforming empty dormers into play spaces for her children, sewing drapes, hanging wall paper and installing hardwood floors. This led to her to staging and designing friends and families homes. She moved quite often for job relocations, and quickly discovered the power of staging. Getting the call to pack up and move…she prepared each home and was able to sell them quickly for close to asking price…and a couple of instances the housing markets were depressed and over saturated with competition.

After relocating back to San Antonio, she rejoined the teaching force and became a staging consultant for various property management companies which specialized in home tender staging and vacation rentals. This gave her the idea to create a HomeTender Staging company in 2017 which is expanding services to include home staging and interior redesign…Lasting Impressions Staging.

Lorie Elizabeth truly loves the challenge each design opportunity brings her. Not only that but, she genuinely makes it her goal to provide clients with quality affordable real estate staging and re-design services.

My passion for design allows me to assist clients to see the potential of their home with a fresh perspective and profitable outlook.
