During our visit, we take a detailed look at your home from a buyer’s prospective and focus on its best features.  We identify what steps to take to make the house look its best and identify any remaining “fix it” projects along with a plan for de-cluttering.  Color recommendations for painting are included.

Home Staging                                                                                      
Staging is done on a second visit, once the de-cluttering and fix-it projects are complete.  We select the most important rooms to stage and concentrate on simple yet affective transformations.   I provide fun accents that can be used during the time the home is on the market.

Vacant Home Staging
Not all vacant homes need furniture.   That’s the good news because monthly furniture rental can be expensive.  Some homes simply need cozy touches using accents and wall art to create enough emotional connection points to sell the home.  In a few instances, homes need a living room or family room furnished and I can help.  I order the furnishings, make all the arrangements for pickup and delivery and meet the furniture company at the property.  You set up an account directly with the furniture rental company and they bill you for the rental.
